Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Iovago (web app, mobile apps and website), a service by IA’M, a brand owned by LP Holding S.r.l. a Socio Unico, registered office at Vicolo Molino 9, 12044 Centallo (CN), Italy, VAT IT 04005150042, certified email (PEC) lpholding@pec.lpholding.srl. By creating an account you accept these terms.

1. The service

Iovago is an app for organizing trips with the help of an AI-powered concierge. The concierge extracts information from the documents you upload and proposes itinerary entries: you always confirm. AI-generated information may contain errors: always verify times, dates and bookings against the official documents.

2. Plans and AI credits

• Plans (Scout, Voyager, Wayfinder, Operator, Enterprise) include limits on trips, participants, storage and monthly AI credits.
• 1 AI credit roughly corresponds to one short request to the concierge; more complex operations consume more credits.
• Credits renew at each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next month.
• When credits run out, the concierge pauses until renewal; the rest of the app remains fully usable.
• Plan limits may be updated; changes that reduce your benefits will be communicated with reasonable notice.

3. Payments and cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly) until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time: the plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
• Upgrades are immediate; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
• Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are also subject to the stores' terms.
• EU consumers: you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, except where the service has already started with your express consent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Iovago for unlawful purposes, not to upload content you have no rights to, and not to attempt to circumvent the service's technical limits. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Content and ownership

The content you upload remains yours: you grant us only the technical license needed to provide the service. The software, the Iovago brand and the service design remain the provider's property.

6. Liability

Iovago is an organizational tool, not a travel agency: we are not a party to the contracts between you and travel providers (airlines, hotels, etc.) and we are not responsible for cancellations, delays or changes to booked services. To the extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the amounts paid in the previous 12 months.

7. Governing law

Italian law applies. For consumers, the competent court is that of your place of residence; otherwise the court of Cuneo, Italy.
