Frequently asked questions
What is an AI credit?
It’s the unit of measure for requests to the concierge. A short question costs about 1 credit; reading a long document or planning a whole day uses a few more. Credits renew every month.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Your trip stays fully usable: itinerary, to-dos, budget and maps keep working. Only the concierge takes a break until the monthly renewal, or you can upgrade at any time.
What’s the difference between organizers and participants?
Organizers can create and edit the trip. Participants also include travelers invited as read-only: they see everything, with no risk of accidental changes.
Can I change plans whenever I want?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades are immediate; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
How does the yearly plan work?
Paying once a year lowers the monthly price (for example from €5.99 to €4.99): depending on the plan, that’s a saving of up to 3 months compared to monthly. Cancel anytime: the plan stays active until it expires.
How does Enterprise work for agencies?
Limits are custom and pooled at company level: one shared pool of trips, credits and storage across all your agency’s users. Write to us and we’ll build the plan around your needs.
