Frequently asked questions
What is an AI credit?
It’s the unit of measure for requests to the concierge. A short question costs about 1 credit; reading a long document or planning a whole day uses a few more. Credits renew every month.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Your trip stays yours and fully usable: itinerary, to-dos, budget and maps keep working. Only the concierge pauses until the monthly renewal. To restart right away you can buy an AI Boost — a one-off credit pack, no subscription, that never expires at month’s end and is used before your monthly credits — or upgrade your plan at any time.
What do “Enhanced concierge” and “Full web search” mean?
On paid plans (or with an active Boost) the concierge runs on our most capable AI model with deep reasoning: for advice and planning it takes the time to think, compare options and verify that venues, opening hours and prices are current. Full web search allows more searches per answer, so proposals come with complete cards including official website, phone and reviews. On the free plan the concierge answers with a faster, essential model and fewer searches.
What’s the difference between organizers and participants?
Organizers can create and edit the trip. Participants also include travelers invited as read-only: they see everything, with no risk of accidental changes.
Can I change plans whenever I want?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades are immediate; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
How does the yearly plan work?
Paying once a year lowers the monthly price (for example from €5.99 to €4.99): that’s 2 months free compared to monthly. Cancel anytime: the plan stays active until it expires.
How does Enterprise work for agencies?
Limits are custom and pooled at company level: one shared pool of trips, credits and storage across all your agency’s users. Write to us and we’ll build the plan around your needs.
